Q: Are your downloads instant? How will I receive them?
Yes! All of our digital products are instantly downloadable after purchase. In your invoice you will see the option to download the file(s) associated with your new content. You will also receive a download link via email shortly after.

We do not generally issue returns or refunds once you purchase any of our digital products.
Once you complete payment the content will be instantly downloadable and cannot be reversed. As a result all sales are final.

Given the nature of digital items we cannot cancel orders because you will receive instant access which cannot be undone.
